This complex is not worth the money. There are plenty of better options in town, we just didn't realize this until after the lease was signed. They will nickel and dime you different charges every month. Management is terrible

I’ve lived here for a year and love it! We have a dog and grateful for the amenities. I don’t know any other complex that has covered parking like Mesa Falls. We also love the indoor basketball court!

I have been around Mesa Falls for a very long time. I had friends live here in high school. My mom lived here while I was in college. I live here now! The amenities are great! They have a jacuzzi, an indoor basketball court, a game room, and more. These are just the things I use the most. It’s a very friendly community and the grounds are very well taken care of. office is super friendly. If I ever need anything from them, I feel like their first priority as they drop everything else they’re doing to help me out. Baylee and Emily, the managers, are always willing to help and answer any questions the leasing agents aren’t able to answer. It’s been a huge upgrade from my last complex and I love it a lot!

I’ve been a resident at Mesa Falls apartments for about a year and a half, always paid my rent on time and never had an issue even when the rent went up. But when I had to make a move due to a change in my life… I had to pay almost 3,000 dollars ( rent + 2x your rent) to move out of my 1 bed 1 bath 600sq foot apartment, the staff wouldn’t work with me at all; you have 7 days to pay them and getting someone to take over your lease isn’t an option. Absolutely ridiculous, I’ve never heard of any ...

The staff and maintenance team are all very nice and helpful. The apartments are really nice and good quality (I’m in a two bed 1 bath), I’d say the best quality in town. I have two small kids and the apartment has been perfect for us. They also have a free gym, basketball/volleyball court, game room, and kitchen in the clubhouse. You do pay for utilities (gas and electric) and if you want better internet as well, and it is pricy here for apartments. All in all, 4 out of 5

Number one it is not kid friendly. Number two everytime we tried to use the fire pit it never worked. Always had problems with water not draining in both bathrooms, dishwasher never worked 100%. And just know when you move out they will charge you for absolutely EVERYTHING!!! We left a container of Clorox wipes there and instead of asking if we want to pick it up or simply just use it or even throw it away because that’s not hard to do they charged me $50 Like how ridiculous is that. cleaned the whole apartment and they still kept it all because they kept “finding things” to charge me. I feel like they do that just to not give your deposit back. AND on top of it all they still want to charge me $30 on top of keeping my whole deposit. If I could rate them a 0 I would.

This is not a child friendly apartment complex! It has a nice playground for kids, but only children 14 and older may use it. There is a nice club house with a sweet game room and gym, but only children 14 and older may use it. There are a couple of nice grassy areas for children to play in...but once again, only children 14 and older may use them. Don't move here if you have children under the age of 14!

Just moved into a 2 bed 2 bath luxury apartment. They put in new flooring and it looks great!!! The play ground is well kept and our kids love having so much room to run and play. There is even a fenced dog park for our dog to get energy out and run.

This was our first apartment living together, and we chose it because we thought it looked nice and new in comparison to others we had looked at. I moved in a month before my wife, and couldn’t sleep in my own bedroom because of excessive beeping noises coming from some meter right outside my bedroom, that they failed to fix for over 2 weeks. We quickly realized that most of the materials used in the apartment appeared nice but were of low quality. There are a ridiculous amount of charges applied ...

and moving out we were charged excessively for additional cleaning, almost as if they were attempting to drain every last penny or of us. The service of the staff is professional but not pleasant in my opinion. There was a mouse at one stage which I believe came from one of the holes found in the laundry room when I moved in. Overall the price is excessive and the quality does not match it. I will not stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it to any one else. There are better places to stay for a much better price. Everyone I talk to who has lived at Mesa before has said the same thing as us, which only intensified my thoughts regarding this place. It’s too expensive and not worth the price.

We have had a love/hate relationship with these apartments...but mostly love. Dealing with management was a bit frustrating in the beginning because it seemed like they didn't care, but for the last about 6 months or so that has drastically improved and we feel wanted here. Te apartments themselves are very nice, but cheaply built. They look nice and feel nice, but nearly anything hitting the walls will chip of paint or make a dent. thought it was excellent at first, never hearing our neighbors, then some new ones moved in above us and they are very very loud, but it's still ok enough to deal with. Pets are welcomed here, but also made sure to be cared for. There is a strict no poo left on the grounds policy or you will be fined (via dna testing of said poo). So it's very clean. Great amenities; playground, basketball court, gym, game room. We've looked into other apartments in the area, but nothing compares to what you get here for the price, and we have come to love it here. Very friendly neighbors and community. Management is now great to work with, overall I would definitely recommend living here.
