Do not rent here
July 8, 2019Managment is amazing. As far as corporate goes and the owners, this apartment complex needs new owners. Only 1 maintenance guy for the last 2 months and AC issues. No one has cleaned them since 2006. You pay extra for AC. $75 a month extra. Nothing gets fixed appropriately. It goes against many violations, cigarette butts everywhere glass on the roads. Kids playing outside with these things. Poop everywhere. Apartments have holes in the window seals, carpets have black stuff underneath them. If ...you have a leak from someone upstairs they don't check to make sure there's mold growing. No matter how many maintenance requests you put in nothing will get done because corporate will not approve it!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
