August 29, 2024Office is so welcoming and friendly when calling or visiting the office. Grounds are well kept! Maintenance is on top of work orders and get things fixed in a timely matter. The 2 pools on site is such an underrated bonus. We love living here!Property Manager Responded

August 15, 2024I’ve been living at Mesa Ridge Apartments for a while, and it’s been a bit of a mixed bag. The walls are quite thin, so I can hear everything from barking dogs outside to loud bathroom fans, which can be pretty annoying. Security is also a concern; I recommend getting a garage because there have been quite a few break-ins. On the bright side, the maintenance team is very responsive and handles issues quickly. Plus, the staff here are incredibly friendly and make you feel welcome. Overall, there ...are some drawbacks, but the positive aspects of maintenance and staff make it a decent place to live.Property Manager Responded

July 31, 2024I have been living at Mesa Ridge for about 6 months now and so far it has been wonderful. Truly my only complaint is that there is always dog poop left in many of the grass areas. Other than that it is amazing here.Property Manager Responded
