We have loved living at Metro Art Brentwood. From the location to the building manager, Mike, it has been the best experience.
From the moment we saw a unit in the building with Mike, he has taken care of us. Part of the reason we chose to live in the building was because Mike seemed like a super responsible and responsive building manager. He has not disappointed us. We lived here for 9 years and absolutely loved the building and neighborhood. The building is impeccably managed -- it's quiet, clean, and safe. All maintenance requests are handled immediately. Mike, the manager, is awesome and a huge part of what makes this a great place to live. And the location can't be beat -- everything you need is within blocks (Whole Foods, coffee shops, CVS, the Brentwood Farmers Market) -- and you never have to get in your car! Highly recommend.

Living at Metro Art was a fantastic experience! It was a clean, quiet, and safe building, and the units are modern and beautiful. The neighborhood is extremely walkable- groceries, the post office, and amazing restaurants are right down the street. The best part may be the property manager, Mike, who is kind, helpful, and just an all-around joy!

This is a GREAT building, very well kept, safe, and quiet. Units are spacious with large bedrooms and modern finishes. The building manager, Mike; is the best...personable and responsive. Easy walk to shops and restaurants from the front door. Convenient to Santa Monica, Century City, the Valley, and LAX. Moved here from the East Coast and couldn't be happier with our choice.
