I Love living here !
May 19, 2024I’ve been living at metro for 7 months so far and I love it here. I’m not sure about the reviews saying it’s unsafe at night. I’ve never had any issues nor have any of my neighbors. I asked a few of them upon moving in. I have a townhouse and it’s beautiful and quiet. The grounds are kept nice and maintenance is quick to respond. I once had to call to have my door opened as it was frozen shut. He came literally 5 minutes later. It’s a very safe place. There have been a couple of times where I ...accidentally left my door unlocked overnight while I went to work, nothing happened. My car has never been bothered and nor has any of my neighbor’s cars. September 9, 2022My daughter applied here and paid the 50 dollar application fee and the 400 dollar administrative fee which she was told would get back if denied. She was denied in less than half hour and after many calls they finally sent her 250 of the 400 administrative fee and again after many calls was told there was an error and they would send 150 check. Been 3 weeks and after several calls they keep telling her should receive it in a few days. This is a money making scheme this place runs. Great place to live!
September 20, 2021Great place to live. Have not had any issues and if I had an issue it was resolved right away. The remodeled units are great. They have done an amazing job with making it home. The only downfall for me is the parking is not great. The area I am in has a lot of overflow and sometimes have to park quite a bit away. Otherwise everything has been great. Don't rent here, you'll be sorry!
August 20, 2021I rented a two bedroom unit one year ago. I lived here approximately 15 years ago and loved the unit I lived in because it had a partition that extended the livingroom or made it into 2 bedrooms when needed. This complex has changed drastically for the worse. The partition that makes the separation possible, is falling down and according to management, can't be fixed or replaced. They raised the rent after 1 year. You have to pay a $27.00 fee every month to pay your rent since Covid started. ...They won't accept payment any other way. I have had 6 roof/ceiling leaks from the unit above and from the actual roof leaking. Only once have they repaired the ceiling in my apartment. The rest of the spots remain scarred. My license plates were stolen in front of my apartment and used in a crime. The dog that lives upstairs barks continuously when left alone. I have complained to the manager 3 times and was assured it would be taken care of, not. Every time I have spoken to the manager about problems she acts like she has no idea what I'm talking about, says she'll call me back and never does. Today there is an "apartment pool party". They have allowed a DJ to play music so loud that my windows are vibrating and I can't hear my own TV. Conveniently, no one is answering the phone when they are, according to the internet, suppose to be open at the office. Don't rent here, you will be sorry!Property Manager Responded

August 19, 2021This apartment complex is by far the best I’ve ever lived at. The staff is so amazing and helpful. I injured my leg and couldn’t make it up the stairs and they helped me get a downstairs apartment as quickly and as easily as possible.
