Great Location and Units, Bad Facilities and Subpar AC

The location is great, being close to downtown Middleton and Lake Mendota at the same time. Also the apartments themselves are pretty roomy for 1 bedrooms and studios and appliances are pretty up to date, however the facilities aren't the greatest.
Laundry machines eat money, are constantly broken and are much smaller than average meaning you have to do more loads and cost $4 a load...
AC is not central, during the summer months you can expect a high electric bill from the window unit located ...
in the living room while finding it hard to sleep in a toasty bedroom. Not to mention, you wont have any airflow in the winter months.
I also had a package delivered and it was stolen an hour after it was dropped off before I could get home to pick it up. The lobby/package area is not locked off from the outside..
Although I would love to re-sign here for convenience, I just cannot find the "market" raise justifiable
