Step into this charming apartment featuring tile and wood plank floors, and essential amenities, all designed for your comfort. - Electric range, refrigerator, and dishwasher included - Central cooling and forced air heating - On-street parking available - Onsite laundry for convenience Located in a desirable area with quick access to local shops and public transportation options. Pets: Yes to 1 small dog/cat. $35 water/sewer bill to be charged in addition to rent. Owner pays for trash. Residents are to directly organize set up utility accounts for all other utilities. Application, administration, and additional fees may apply. Pet fees and pet rent may apply. All residents will have the option to be enrolled in a Resident Benefits Package (RBP), which includes a move-in concierge service, on-demand pest control, and much more!
