Midtown plaza is my favorite!
September 9, 2025Living here has been a really great experience from the very beginning. The community itself feels peaceful and welcoming, which makes it easy to feel at home. It’s always quiet, and I’ve felt safe walking around at any time of day. The buildings and grounds are consistently well-maintained, which shows that the property management team takes pride in keeping everything in good shape. Another thing I’ve appreciated is how professional and responsive the management has been. Whenever I’ve needed ...assistance or had a question, they’ve handled it quickly and respectfully. It makes a big difference knowing that the staff cares about the residents and works hard to make sure the living environment stays positive. Day-to-day life here has been smooth and comfortable. The common areas are clean, the landscaping is taken care of, and the overall environment just feels organized and cared for. It’s the kind of place where you can relax, focus on your own life, and not have to worry about problems with the property. Overall, this has been a great living situation. We LOVE Midtown Plaza
May 23, 2025Midtown Plaza has been really great. My roommate and I have lived here just over a year and the building staff is always doing things to improve the experience and really values resident feedback. Our unit is beautiful with lots of natural lighting which is important to us plant moms! The manager is really responsive and is always available when we need to chat about a concern or maintenance issue. She is transparent about when things will be fixed and if there is a delay, we aren’t surprised ...by it because she communicates. That being said, my only complaint would be that the maintenance staff changes frequently. We don’t have many issues so it’s not the biggest deal but I don’t love a new face every-time we have something come up. Fridge filters can also take some time to arrive but we just request it a few weeks before we think it’ll need to be changed. My roommate and I feel safe, even coming home from later shifts at work. We can tell they take security seriously and are always making upgrades and I’ve never had issues with my car. We love it here!Property Manager Responded

Apartment space great, amenities and security significantly lacking
October 7, 2024I love my actual apartment and have lived in the building since it opened in early 2022. However, lack of security cameras or a package delivery notification system are constant problems for residents. I have had packages opened, stolen and left to sit in the office for more than a week because no one could be bothered to walk it to the package room, let alone actually notify me I had a package delivered in the first place. In July someone hit my vehicle while parked in the lot, causing nearly ...$5K in damage. There are no security cameras in the parking lot and the property manager offered no real help. Vehicles are broken into very frequently, but nothing has been done to increase security. The only people actually watching this building are the tow truck drivers creeping around vehicles all day long, looking to swoop in and tow untagged vehicles from the lot.Property Manager Responded
