May 31, 2023I can't say enough about Mill Trace, so I apologize in advance for this long review. I just did not want to leave anything out. It is not an apartment...it is a home. Let's begin with the location. It is close to facilities that will satisfy all of your needs. Within the complex, you will enjoy all the nature you want to see as you take a stroll around the lake. The neighbors are very kind and it is very peaceful here. Moving on to the apartment home itself. They are renovated inside and ...out. I rarely hear the neighbors. There is a floor above me and noise level above me and beside me is very minimal! We have amenities and what we need inside and outside of the apartment. Can't ask for anything more. Now let's talk about maintenance...friendly and efficient! There is nearly no wait time when you have an issue. Kevin, who has been here since I have moved in is so kind and genuinely concerned. He takes care of any issues to not only your satisfaction, but his satisfaction. Let's talk about admin...Krysta, Jordan and Eva...I have never experienced a staff that is so compassionate. They do what they can to accommodate your needs. Each resident out here is not treated as a number, but an individual...family if you will. They also go beyond and create and implements events and activities for the family, including the fur babies. Personally, they have contributed to the comfort, peace and contentment with the home I have established here. I literally have no complaints. If you are looking for a home, or a home away from home, you can't go wrong here. I express my gratitude to all of the staff here. I will never forget your kindness.Property Manager Responded

Best apartments in the Richmond area!
January 18, 2018I really enjoyed living at Mill Trace and can't say enough about how nice it was living there. The ladies at the office are by far the best management team that I've ever dealt with at any complex. They were always friendly and made living at Mill Trace very stress free. The maintenance team is also friendly and were quick to solve any issue that I may have had. The apartment (one bedroom) - It included a range, refrigerator, dishwasher, and washer/dryer! There's two spacious closets in the ...bedroom, one closet in the bathroom, one as you come in the front door, and a large walk in pantry in the kitchen. You also have a storage closet outside of the apartment that can hold a lot of stuff if you need it! My unit was very clean when I moved in and I was very happy with the appearance. Great place to live!!
January 17, 2018I have lived in Mill Trace for almost two years now and it has been amazing! The apartments are beautiful and perfectly located. I love the pond with the walking path around it.The management is super friendly and helpful. I always feel like home when I walk in the office. My dogs enjoy seeing them because they always have lots of treats. Maintenance is quick to answer service calls and fix any and every problem they can. Feels like home!!
July 24, 2015Moving to Mill Trace has been like moving into a family home! Everyone there is so friendly and nice!! Me and my family are so comfortable there and the staff there are so helpful and would always go the extra mile for anyone there!! Never been somewhere and have loved being there so much!!
