Millbrook pointe is an awful place to live.

I am highly disappointed with Millbrook point apartments as a whole. For starters, the pictures on tis website look nothing like the actual apartments you pull up to. The driveways are all broken, cracked and need to be paved again.I have mold in both of my bathrooms under the sinks, the brim out the bathtubs, the tiles and even on the ceilings. Usually there is an unpleasant smell coming from my kitchen sink, so, when I told the apartment staff about this, they told me to use my dishwasher once ...
or twice a week since the water gets backed up and causes mildew to form (which creates the foul smell I was referring to). The apartments are poorly maintained, seeing as how whenever it rains, water seeps through the floors, getting the carpets wet, hence causing more mildew in the apartment. The mold caused me to have terrible respiratory issues, which the laundry room is located outside of the apartments have rotten wood frames, so when you open the door, the entire frame and door falls down.The staff is never on the same page when it comes to following up with important paper work like leasing, resident complaints and maintenance issues etc. Every time I speak with one of them, I have to start from square one to get some work done. The staff is very unprofessional. As we speak, all of these issues I listed continue to persist and no one can give me an estimation of when they will be able resolve my request to fix the issues. Currently the pool is down and has been since before sept, 2016 when I moved in, so we (friends and I )are not able to swim, The picture shows a nice pool, but there are tadpoles, dirt, dead insects, moss and other things floating around in the pool. Why these things have not been fixed, I do no know. How many complaints I have filed that have gone unanswered more than 4. On a daily basis, there is trash all over the parking lot, along with people drinking and loitering in the driveways. The rent is also more than what is listed on most of the sites it is advertised on. There are additional fee's that are not mentioned until the day of signing the lease (mandatory renters insurance, garbage disposal and other fee's). There are constantly children running around the parking lot on the verge of getting hit by one of the cars, but management does nothing to reinforce rules on parents who don't supervise there children. Truly, I regret moving here and I can only hope you chose somewhere else if you view this property.
