Beautiful complex!
March 31, 2020Great location - close proximity to shops, downtown and San Marco. The units are brand new with modern finishes and a beautiful outdoor space. The rent is very reasonable, management is professional and attentive to any inquiries I had. Nothing more relaxing than sitting on the balcony overlooking the creek during sunset or sunrise. Awesome apartment complex!
March 17, 2020Moved in the 1st week of March 2020. Beautiful apartment, very spacious and clean. The layout is great and the apartment itself is very unique. From marsh views right outside my living room to the beautiful views from my balcony. Gorgeous stairs leading to my spacious loft and bedrooms. I am in love with the place. I’ve rented at a few apartment complexes and none come close to this. Pet friendly, great people managing the place & NO HIDDEN FEES! What’s not to love.
