January 28, 2026The building management refuses to enforce the drug policy of the building. Please do not move here if you don't want your apartment smelling like the weed from your neighbors 24/7. Even if you discuss how it affects you and your pets' health, nothing will get done!Review from Apartments.com
Don’t deal with Valerie in the leasing office
January 14, 2019She gave me a dirty apartment with problems. The experience of living in Miller and Rhoads has turned to be a nightmare . Dust and hair are everywhere . Valerie did not care and said “ it is not a big deal you can live in” The question is can she live in a dirty apartment !? They changed the old carpet and fixed the AC and heat after I moved in. I had to change my movers until the carpet was changed to bring my furniture . Also, most reviews in their website are 5 stars and praising the ...leasing office by names. They do not post any reviews under 5 stars. What a shame ! Unprofessional team. People ! Be carful before signing the lease with one of the ladies in the leasing office. You will waste your first week fixing and calling. They do not respect people timeProperty Manager Responded

Great Place to live
July 9, 2016It's been two months and we love living here ! It's actuall quiet at night, thick walls and the location can't be beat. Close to theatres,restaurants and convention center. Connected to the downtown Hilton but separate entrance gives you all the conveniences of the hotel with discounts included. Apt is very light with tall Windows and luxury appliances !
