I completed an application for this property in December 2016, it is now February 23/2017. I have been contacting the property since December, each time I contacted the property about the status of my application I spoke with Mrs. Durant who is the same lady that took my application along woth my application fee. as per Mrs, Durant each and every time I called there was always som type of excuse as to why my application had not been processed, "we have had emergencies on the property" along with ...
she had no recollection of accepting an application from me, when I proceeded to ask for my application fee to returned to me, she then states it has been deposited in the bank, How can this be legal and possible for a company to accept your money, but does not process your application, since then I have contacted a lawyer and has filed court proceeding against Oasis Reality, and Mrs Durant,

It is a diamond in the rough and the landlord and property managers are serious about making and keeping this a growing and pleasant community. They have tough rules, but that is so everyone works together to respect and live in peace and quiet and community.
