ROACH INFESTED, THEFT, NON-WORKING UTILITIES

We regret to hear that your experience has fallen short of the one we strive to provide, and assure your our team is committed to doing whatever we can to turn it around. We have pest control twice per week and residents are able to request an inspection at their convenience. We have package lockers, and the leasing office accepts packages in order to help residents receive their packages. Unfortunately, some delivery drivers violate their company's delivery policy, and we always recommend residents reach out to the carrier if they ever experiences issues with how their package was delivered. Since our HVAC system uses boilers, the building does not have AC after October as we have turned the heat on in the buildings. Bug Infested
August 15, 2025I live on the 5th floor I have pest control come, I use roach spray. I have never lived amongst roaches until moving here. They are in my home and the hallways. There’s no escaping them and it’s absolutely disgusting to a very cleanly person. NASTY do not rent here.Property Manager Responded

The Leasing Team members whom you spoke with during your initial conversations are pillars in providing information to prospective residents during the process of scheduling a tour. Our team likes to be certain all the information you are being provided is tailored specifically to you and the needs of your family. It's completely understandable you were expecting to come in for your tour and still be offered the apartment you were given information on the 48 hours prior when you had scheduled your tour. Unfortunately, as we discussed on your tour, the move in special was for select apartment homes and without a completed application for the particular apartment you initially received information on, we were unable to guarantee the availability of that specific apartment. Sadly, someone had applied for that home within ...that 48-hour timeframe between your initial conversations and your tour. Our sincerest apologies to you for the honest misunderstanding that transpired between you and our leasing team and the initial apartment home no longer being available for you and your family.
