Poorly Cared For, Neglected Property
May 18, 2024We have lived here for 2.5 months so far in 2024. Since we've moved in, our washer, dishwasher had to be replaced. The fridge had major bugs and it had to be replaced. The common areas have overgrown grass and weeds that are not tended to. Landscapers rarely come. Numerous cars park throughout the property and have expired tags. There has been a break in/robbery as well. Our biggest disappointment is the broken and unusable pool that is the number 1 attraction here. We were told 2.5 ...months ago the pump was on order and would be here in a week. Neighbors tell us the pool's been broke since last year and the place is under new management, new owners. Car alarm
February 13, 2020I live next to this complex. EVERY MORNING there’s a car alarm that goes off for 5 hours at a time. No one will pick up at the complex to do anything about it and the gate is always stuck causing a ton of traffic on the main road.Property Manager Responded
