POTENTIAL RENTERS BEWARE!!!!
October 27, 2025I currently live here! It has now been 28 days since my central unit stopped working. Management at this place is NONEXISTENT!! Management will not speak to you on the phone and is NEVER available in office. After asking management via email( because they refuse to speak to anyone in office or by phone) they tell me my central unit will be replaced. I am provided zero details about when. I sent another email requesting a date that it will be repaired/replaced(Friday 10/24). It is now Monday night ...10/27, and management still has not given me an answer or contacted me by telephone, despite requesting them to do so every day last week. It is pretty clear to me that although they receive your monthly rent, management couldn’t care less if anything breaks or if you have been uncomfortable in your own home for 28 days and counting….Property Manager Responded

DO NOT STAY HERE
November 25, 2023This apartment complex is not what it seems like. I have been a resident of this apartment complex for 3 years. This apartment complex has terrible front office service. If you need assisntance with anything, it takes forever for them to get back to you. If you have any issues and submitted work orders, it would take between 1-2 weeks to get a response. The parking is horrible. Neighbors have little to no concern about your parking space. There is no open space for additional parking if you have ...roommates. The neighbor has no regards for your privacy. If you’re looking for a quiet place, this is not a place to be. People who owns dogs here do not pick up their dog poop. The dog poop are left everywhere. This place is a gated community but my friend’s car was stolen after one night of parking it here. This place doesn’t have any security cameras so good luck with getting help from the apartment complex. Someone was robbed at gunpoint inside of the apartment complex on the Miramonte side. One of my roommate’s exhaust was chopped off and stolen.Property Manager Responded

Horrible management and property
March 20, 2023The worst apartment complex. I thankfully only signed a 6 month lease and there was no chance I was renewing. It was just me and my dog and I felt unsafe, especially at night. I was on the second floor and could constantly hear the top and bottom neighbors. There was a huge bug problem, and my AC leaked yellow/orange rusty water and stained my whole tub. Management did nothing about it but maintenance was super nice and helpful always. The gardeners were so creepy! I talked to them one time to ...ask if they could cut a couple branches off of a huge tree that was blocking all my sunlight and after that they always came to the grass area in front of my place and looked into my windows and would try to wave to get my attention. As well, they would whistle at me when I would walk my dog around the complex. The management was horrible here. I got nothing out of my deposit and I was on my hands and knees scrubbing everything. There is no sense of urgency here and would not recommend living here! Especially as a single female, creepy neighbors and I never felt safe taking my dog out at night to go to the bathroom. Horrible management staff
January 1, 2019The staff in the management office are terrible. We had several maintenance issues at our apartment that we reported several times. The maintenance issues involved non-functioning lights. We had to live in the dark for several weeks. They repeatedly ignored us and have the most junior member “handle” our problems. This incompetent staff member lied to us on several occasions saying that it will be fixed right away. It has been 3 weeks and no actions have been taken. This is the worst ...management that I have ever dealt with through all my experiences. In addition, there was constantly trash in the pool the 2 times we went there. August 31, 2015The Miramonte and the Trovas are exceptional living areas.The property managers and grounds keepers makes these an ideal environments to ultra suburban living.The apartment homes are nested in quieted lush green outdoor areas just moments way from shopping centers.The easy access to down town and public transit makes this area a smooth transition to work, school or play.The interior is spacious and incorporate modern accents and crown molding with enough patio space to relax at your leisure.The ...office staff respond prompt and professional manner.Within the leasing office you will find easy access to a business, lounge area and access o the swimming pool.The decor is tasteful for rental and may be a reception or diner party.My neighbors are mature and courteous respectful of the privacy of others.I would highly recommend this property and area for any potential resident searching for a fabulous living experience. fab but expensive
July 28, 2015I've loved living here the last 2 years. The staff are great, it's pet friendly, the grounds well kept and most importantly for me, it is VERY safe. There is onsite security 24/7 and it's gated. My only issue is that it is really expensive. I've cobbled by for 2 years paying much more than I really can afford just so I could have the safety but rent goes up every contract and I just can't swing it anymore. I'm very disappointed that I will have to move. Biggest problems other than expensive ...rent are some kids who pull pranks as well as fire alarms and every time they bring new mulch in we get bugs around the buildings really bad.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 6, 2015The best apartment I've lived in in Sacramento. The real win for me at this apartment was the amenities, specifically the gym. The office management can be a little slow about maintenance requests and there are some minor quality issues but they eventually get resolved if you are persistent. I've been here for a few months now and I am happy with my decision to live here. Pet rent is a little silly but many other similar locations charge this fee as well.Review from Apartments.com
