February 22, 2023I lived at Mission Hills for a year. It is quiet, peaceful and beautiful surroundings. We loved the two bedroom apt and we’re sorry to leave due to relocation. Once I moved in I had a couple very minor things that needed tending too, things were taken care of immediately. Located on the campus of CSUCI nestled in the hills of Camarillo, it is an oasis of tranquility with tree lined streets, a large dog park, two pools, and onsite restaurants including a pizza place (with Institution Brewery beers on tap!). It has a neighborhood feel, and people say hi as you walk your dog along the tree lined sidewalks. The mountain scenery is spectacular, and it is so quiet you can hear birds singing in the trees. The updated apartments are ...modern with wood look vinyl floors and nicely appointed kitchens. And the neighborhood is safe, patrolled regularly by CSUCI Police.
