June 1, 2025No dan suficiente información sobre el registro de vehículos, los pagos de servicios, debo ir muchas veces a preguntar algo o asegurarme de que si hayan tomado en cuenta mi petición ya que sino no me hacen caso. Por ejemplo el primer dia la grúa se llevó mi carro, tardaron 15 días en arreglar mi estufa cuando hice la solicitud desde el primer dia, no pude usar el techo que pague por miedo a que se lo llevara la grúa (dos techos) no me dieron acceso al gym hasta una semana despuesReview from Apartments.com

May 14, 2025Probably should remove me from able to review. By far worst place to live. No assistance unless stay on them, things don't get done after multiple requests. Email and phone calls ignored, lie about things. They messed up approving 3 cars on a 2 person occupancy whn only 2 should have been allowed, tried to remove one and add new vehicle and TOWed it! 345.00 later was told would get a refund if can prove parking passes approved, did show it and no refund. Will not return call or respond to ...emails. Issues from the start. April 26, 2025I give a 3 because since living here the complex has raised rents but not the maintenance of the community. The back gate has been broken for months and these rules about parking passes for residents and their guests are an inconvenience and then the limitation on how many cars you can have is very inconvenient.Review from Apartments.com

April 22, 2025I’ve been living at Mission Ranch for a while now, and I genuinely couldn’t be happier with my experience here. The community is peaceful, beautifully maintained, and feels like home from the moment you walk in. The landscaping is always on point, and the entire complex is clean and welcoming. The amenities are a huge plus—especially the pool, fitness center, and clubhouse. I also really appreciate how responsive and friendly the management team is. Any time I’ve had a maintenance request, it’s ...been handled quickly and professionally. Parking is convenient, neighbors are respectful, and it’s in a great location—close to shops, restaurants, and with easy freeway access.
