The best stay I've ever had! A very pleasant place and the shops are very close. It's in a great location, very clean, friendly neighbors, beautiful. I can't ask for more. I truly recommend it. Come here!

My experience being here almost 2 years have been subpar. The property is great. The customer service and maintenance sucks. They rarely answer the phone in the office. They’ll charge you for improperly sitting out trash before they try and assist on a work orders. The office staff is rude and incompetent. Can’t get too much done without acting a semi fool to get a manager to help you. So the office staff and maintenance crew needs a training refresher course.

The dog wash is now completely out of order. The only thing missing was hot water but now my dog has to be bathed in my apartment tub or take him to pay to bathe him at pet supply.

Submitted a request to have my garage disposal looked at and the guy came in within 30 minutes and fixed it. At one time it took weeks for someone to come and assist. So happy that no longer is happening. Thanks for assisting in a timely manner

I have had a positive experience living here. The location is convenient and close to shops, restaurants and transport. The common areas are kept clean and tidy, and the neighborhood in general is quiet. The maintenance team responds quickly when a problem arises, which gives a lot of security and confidence. My move in experience was horrific. I pre-leased my apartment with a set move in date. The management did not stay in contact with me regarding the place not being ready on move in day. I called and emailed many times the day before move in trying to secure a move in time, but I got no response. When I got to the premises, I was told all that needed to be finished was a floor repair. When I was given the keys, I went to the unit, and it had many repairs needed and was NOT cleaned! month to get the issues addressed, and I still have a broken stove and my, dirty microwave, and a refrigerator with dents in it.

Community is quiet. Office staff are not very attentive except Olivia. She is great. Any time I speak with anyone else in the office it is like I am an inconvenience for calling. Overall the unit is fine but several items not repaired before move in. My unit wasn't ready until almost 4pm on my move in date. The housekeeper was still in the unit when I was moving in.
