August 11, 2015Rent is low. There is rent control. We are a family of 3 with one bedroom. The building itself is not bad looking for the time its been up and running, i think since the mid 60's. It does need some maintanence but does not seem it is of the highest importance. The 4 years i have been here i know for a fact that the plumbing is the worst problem from falling cealings to pressure not being enough to braking down entire walls to find and fix the leak or clog. But honestly all that aside i think the ...low rent at these living times in los engeles is pretty good regardless of the problems. But if i could afford it i would move out to something better for my family. On a positive note there are new energy effecient windows, parking structure, laundry room that is pretty clean most of the time. From all the apartments in tjis neighborhood, this i think is the best looking one of them all from the exterior that is, so thats a plus. Space is not bad inside the one bedroom apartments its enough i think for a family of 3.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
