    Apartment complex is not maintained as I had expected from a "luxury" building. Cleanliness is a major issue. Entry rugs are often unvacuumed. Stairs from guest parking are very dirty. They are concrete and need to be pressure washed. Internal concrete stairs are also dirty. Baseboards near elevators and throughout building have nicks. Tenant repeated request for code to use stove on second floor has gone unanswered tor more than a year. Pump on B1 level blocks too many parking spaces. ...
    Pipe to outside on B1 leaves door open and insecure.
