    Love this property, been here for 2 years now and have renewed because of how enjoyable it is. The only downside is the parking situation. Having about 10 guest spaces for a 300 resident building is pretty tough

    If you choose to live here, be prepared for the monthly fire drills at 9am. Alarm will blare for 15-20 minutes straight, with no regard to WFH professionals or pets. The office will reassure you however, that there’s nothing to worry about and only a false alarm. I didn’t have this many fire drills in elementary school. Beyond that, the apartment is fine. Many of the recent activations have been triggered by environmental factors such as cooking, steam, or maintenance-related activities—not scheduled “fire drills.” Every alarm is treated as a real emergency and must be fully cleared by the fire department before it can be reset, which is why they may last longer than expected.     If you’re looking just slightly outside of The Domain, Modera EaDo is absolutely one to tour. I’m an apartment locator here in Austin and I see a lot of buildings every single week, so trust me when I say this is one of the better communities out there!!!! The pricing for this location is honestly incredible. Being just minutes from Domain, you’re close to major employers, shopping, dining, and quick highway access, but the rates are still very competitive compared to similar properties nearby. ...
    That balance is hard to find. I really love the variety of floor plans. There’s something for so many different lifestyles, and it makes it easy for me to match my clients with layouts that truly fit their needs. The amenities feel endless and actually usable, not just for show. The spaces are well thought out and well maintained, which makes a big difference when touring. The staff has also been amazing to work with. My experience, especially with Eli in the leasing office, has been top tier. He consistently goes above and beyond for both my clients and me, communicates clearly, and genuinely cares about creating a smooth experience.     Overall, most things have been great and I have really enjoyed staying here. All of the employees are super nice, recommend it to anyone looking to lease! However, it has been hard with my downstairs neighbor.
