A beautiful building that has lots of character. It's one of the cleanest buildings I've ever seen in Jersey City. The front desk staff is beyond friendly and the maintenance team is prompt and attentive to requests, often resolved within the same day.

We really love living here and the location is one of the biggest reasons we’ve stayed. The maintenance team is also fantastic—they’re always responsive and on top of any issues that come up, which we really appreciate. That being said, the annual rent increases are becoming very difficult to justify. Our building doesn’t have a pool, yet our rent is comparable to buildings that do. Other buildings also offer larger gyms, city views, and additional amenities, while we’re paying similar prices ...

without those same benefits. We are loyal, long-term renters who genuinely enjoy living here, but a 10% rent increase every single year for loyal, long-term renters is completely unreasonable. At some point, these increases are going to push good, reliable renters out who would otherwise happily stay long-term. We hope management takes this into consideration and recognizes the value of retaining tenants who take care of the property and want to remain here.
