I’ve lived at Modera New Rochelle for almost three years, and it’s been a fantastic experience. The apartments are modern, comfortable, and well-built, with excellent heating, cooling, and water pressure. Any minor maintenance issues have been handled quickly and professionally. The building is secure, quiet, and very well maintained. The dog park is a great bonus — clean, convenient, and perfect for meeting neighbors. difference day to day. The location is excellent, close to shops, restaurants, and cafes, and the neighborhood feels safe and welcoming. Overall, the rent is a great value for the quality of the building, the amenities, and the management. Thus far, our experience has been terrific. We have not yet moved in, but our move-in date has been a moving target. The leasing staff was more than accommodating in helping us adjust our lease dates and working with us to make sure we were still able to afford an apartment.
