Maintenance team, amenities, and apt units are all nice. I feel the rent is still too high for what we get. The leasing staff hardly throws events which we fund with money from our monthly amenity fee. It is a wasted opportunity for the residents to gather.

Excellent Staff and maintenance crew Favorite part of the building is the 25hour gym. Sunday mornings I can just walk down stars and get my coffee in the cafeteria downstairs or go across the street for bagels

Moving into Modera has been a great experience so far. The building offers a modern and convenient lifestyle, with standout amenities like a well-equipped gym and secure garage parking. Having an on-site gym has made it easy to stay consistent with my workouts, saving me time and eliminating the need for a separate gym membership. The garage parking is another major perk, providing peace of mind and protection from the elements. It’s well-maintained, secure, and makes coming and going ...
hassle-free. Beyond the amenities, the overall atmosphere of the building has been positive. The management team is responsive, and maintenance requests (if any) are handled efficiently. I really love this luxury apartment building. I have visited quite a few before making my choice and it was not only the amenities, location, but the optics, ambiance and friendly staff during my tour was the best! I would highly recommend this place to all my friends and family.
