January 26, 2026Everyone here is friendly and helpful. I’ve had great experiences with my community, whether in the elevator, hallways or at community events. October 5, 2025I’ve lived at Modera New Rochelle for almost three years, and it’s been a fantastic experience. The apartments are modern, comfortable, and well-built, with excellent heating, cooling, and water pressure. Any minor maintenance issues have been handled quickly and professionally. The building is secure, quiet, and very well maintained. The dog park is a great bonus — clean, convenient, and perfect for meeting neighbors. Management is responsive, friendly, and communicative, which makes a big ...difference day to day. The location is excellent, close to shops, restaurants, and cafes, and the neighborhood feels safe and welcoming. Overall, the rent is a great value for the quality of the building, the amenities, and the management.
