I’ve had a mostly positive experience living here, though there are a few areas that could use improvement. The location is convenient, and the apartment itself is fairly modern and comfortable. Maintenance requests are generally handled in a reasonable amount of time, though occasionally there’s a delay. The building is usually clean and quiet, which I appreciate. That said, communication from management can be inconsistent at times, and some common areas could be better maintained. Parking (if ...
applicable) or package delivery can be a bit of a hassle depending on the day. Overall, it’s a solid place to live—just not without a few minor frustrations. I’d recommend it, especially if you’re looking for something dependable in the area.

Love it here! Been here 3 yrs never had any issues. Maintenance is wonderful and quick. Tatiana is wonderful and very helpful. Ran into a few difficulties and she was always there and worked with you.

I like Modera, and the staff is always on top of everything, but I seriously don’t understand how I went from paying $30 for water to $55 from one month to the next. I think they could improve this by making it clearer and fairer, especially since I live in a 650 sq ft apartment with only three people.

Maintenance team, amenities, and apt units are all nice. I feel the rent is still too high for what we get. The leasing staff hardly throws events which we fund with money from our monthly amenity fee. It is a wasted opportunity for the residents to gather.

Excellent Staff and maintenance crew Favorite part of the building is the 25hour gym. Sunday mornings I can just walk down stars and get my coffee in the cafeteria downstairs or go across the street for bagels

Moving into Modera has been a great experience so far. The building offers a modern and convenient lifestyle, with standout amenities like a well-equipped gym and secure garage parking.
