    This is a good place for a professionals to stay. Some unit layouts are too tiny though. Also the utilities are a bit more expensive when compared to other nearby Rincon Hill apartments. I paid around $150 when I lived in 399 Fremont, but now I pay more than $200 for my small studio utilities per month. Trash is 20dollars more expensive, pest control is additionally charged, and sewage is so expensive. I was charged more than $70 dollars in April even though I traveled to overseas most of the ...

    I’ve really enjoyed living here so far! I think the only issue I’ve had is the packages - you can never know where it’s delivered and it makes me nervous if it’s not in the Amazon locker or in front of my door.

    I love the building! Recently, we had a work order where we had a small leak under out sink. We filed a work order at around 10pm at night and by 9am the next morning, it was fixed. We really appreciate the maintenance staff. I also had a great experience renewing our lease with the leasing staff. The whole team is fantastic and are always extremely kind and friendly.

    i toured with aliece the assistant manager and she did an amazing job. i was running late and she still took me. pros: the building is very well upkept, modern appliances in the homes, really great outdoor terraces with great views cons: size of the bedrooms are on the smaller side for me personally looking forward to coming back to tour a 1 bed

    Overall my experience has been good but after 4 years it’s frustrating to have reoccurring building and apartment access issues with the two keyless access applications. Lately customer service provided when asking to fix fob access has been unpleasant.

    Service is lacking - maintenance team is quick to deflect responsibilities. Building management service is not consistent. Location good but security is not that great. When amenities break it often takes many weeks to get fixed. Price is average.
