January 26, 2026The community here at Modera is great. Everyone is super friendly and most of us that have been here a little longer all exchange phone numbers to go out to happy hours together when we’re all available. Everyone is quite considerate. Building is well taken care of. I just wish gym was a little more equipped with machines and hot tub consistently worked. January 22, 2026The facilities are usually pretty good. The hot tub is constantly breaking and the water heater in our apartment has stopped working multiple times. They've been pretty quick with their response and maintenance times though. I think its ridiculous we're forced to pay a trash vallet fee when I can take out my own trash for free. Package Concierge being $30 also feels pricey for what it is. I have to pay $30 just so I can get my own mail??? Wow.Review from Apartments.com

December 6, 2025I have enjoyed living here, I enjoyed my neighbors and the current area I live in . I have no complaints. I do wish it was a little cheaper .
