    Love living here, great location, just a few blocks away from all the bars and restaurants the rino neighborhood has to offer. The staff is friendly and maintenance responds quickly, all requests I've submitted were resolved the same day.

    The community here at Modera is great. Everyone is super friendly and most of us that have been here a little longer all exchange phone numbers to go out to happy hours together when we’re all available. Everyone is quite considerate. Building is well taken care of. I just wish gym was a little more equipped with machines and hot tub consistently worked. Even then, i would still recommend Modera to friends.

    The facilities are usually pretty good. The hot tub is constantly breaking and the water heater in our apartment has stopped working multiple times. They've been pretty quick with their response and maintenance times though. I think its ridiculous we're forced to pay a trash vallet fee when I can take out my own trash for free. Package Concierge being $30 also feels pricey for what it is. I have to pay $30 just so I can get my own mail??? Wow.

    I have enjoyed living here, I enjoyed my neighbors and the current area I live in . I have no complaints. I do wish it was a little cheaper . I know that are working on adding more events and having them on better days . The maintenance team is also the best! I
