April 1, 2025My apartment is spacious. It's relatively quiet. My biggest issue is the gym downstairs. I hear weights dropping all hours of the day as I work from home. This is extremely irritating as it sometimes scares me due the sudden jolts. It also shakes the apartment. I can "feel" when someone drops a rate. I have started to get used to the sounds but honestly the average person shouldn't have to deal with that. At least they didn't increase my rent for it even though I thought this apartment and any ...impacted by it should get a consession of $200 a month due the constant noise and disruption.Property Manager Responded

They know exactly the type of people they want in their building anyone that does not meet their requirements will be treated poorly I hate it here I hate this environment and I hate the way they have treated me I paid my rent early and they gave me a late fee because they didn’t have the water and utility fees on my account updated.
