The complex is clean and well maintained. Management was attentive and have addressed my concerns diligently. They answered all of my questions and made it enjoyable to live here.

Anytime I had a question or needed something they were quick to respond and helpful. The place itself is clean, quiet, and in a good spot. Overall I was happy living there.

I told them there was mold and they didn't come to check or fix these major issues. I'm moving out and it's still leaking. They even have the apartment listed to be ready. They are scammers. The walls are super thin. You can hear your neighbors do and say everything including anyone outside. Couldn’t get a restful morning or night the entire time living here. The parking situation ia awful. ...3 visitor parking spaces for 35 units. Be careful, looks can be deceiving. Save yourself...go somewhere else.Read More

Plus, you're right on the freeway so you can be in downtown within 15 mins. Management is great, very responsive and polite.

Looks good from outside, but renter beware. The management has even threatened to tow vehicles of paying residents due to limited parking. If you're looking for a nice, friendly place to live that is well maintained, keep looking and stay away from Moderno!!!

However, I have had a terrible experience with the management. More than 30 days after move out they have still failed to return the deposit. Despite hiring for a professionally cleaning service they will still charge a fee for moving out (approximately $350) to be taken from the deposit. The representatives they hire to speak on behalf of the property manager leave a lot ...to be desired. I have moved frequently and consider myself very tolerant. Unfortunately the Moderno Village Apartments & Town Homes were the worst place, in terms of management, that I have ever lived.Read More
Newest and most modern townhomes in EP
April 29, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comI used to live down the street at the other townhome complex but moved in here once they opened a few weeks ago. I feel like I'm living in a penthouse in LA. I'm especially a fan of the tile floors. The mountain view is absolutely gorgeous, which you can easily hike since the townhome is a block away from a trail. Thus far my experience has been great, I will update as time goes on.

The apartments are awesome and the apartment community is great. Super dog friendly which was a major plus for me. One of the best living experiences in El Paso.
