The staff has made me feel cared for and that they were excited for me to move in. They have been very responsive with concerns and communicated well. I understand there may be components of getting the gates/door locks fixed that is out of their control. I appreciate everything else and how joyful and upbeat they are too. I have been a resident for 9 years, and for the past 4 years or so, livability and satisfaction have declined dramatically. Maintenance of the exterior spaces has declined, and maintenance response times have extended to several days or longer. The removal of the Amazon Hub from the mailroom area in favor of a package room located in the front lobby has made package retrieval very inconvenient. The forced use of phone app-based access to both the property and the package room is inconvenient and ...
