February 28, 2026My experience has been good and the staff have been really helpful. When my unit had a leak the leasing office and maintenance team, assess the situation quickly and thoroughly. Though I had some concerns with my neighbors, Miss Genesis took the time to listen to my concerns, and I felt heard. February 5, 2026I’ve had a great experience living here. The staff are friendly and helpful whenever I need assistance. The location is very convenient, with bus stops and grocery stores nearby, which makes daily life much easier. Maintenance has been reliable and responsive, and the neighbors are kind and respectful. DON’T MOVE HERE
January 8, 2026The staff is nice/nasty/rude! There is nothing luxury about these apts. They are basically falling apart and outdated. They patch over stuff vs actually fixing it. The app to get into apts barely works so you’re stuck outside until someone comes out. The water is shut off at least once a week. They don’t clean and the hallways and walkways are so disgusting.Property Manager Responded
