      quiet place and nice location. The mainteinance service is pretty responsive. They have valet trash The only issue I have is the washers in the washateria are often malfunctioning and you have to request. refund which takes awhile.

      When I started living here. Everything was nice. A lot of activities for the residents, all gates always working, people at the leasing office always kind. Now, not only the back gate is permanently closed, the front gate code was at the sight of everyone who wants to come in. People is hanging around at the parking lot all the time. It’s crazy

      I've renewed my lease for a 2nd time. It's been a decent stay here. The only issue I've had is using the complex washeteria. It's common for the washer machines to be out of order and you don't find out until after you've paid for use. The entrance gates are also an issue as they malfunction usually.

      Community is nice And quiet for the most part. Amazon brings my packages to my door and they remain untouched. Gate has been broke on and off, but has been up more than it has been down.

There's no relationship between residents and staff but how could there be when there are always new faces? At least send an email out when these things change so we know and feel like we matter. There are no more community events/food trucks. The front or back gate is always malfunctioning. The water seems to go out at least once a month. The ...

      Pretty quiet for the most part. Amenities are nice. Parking is my only issue. It shouldn’t cost extra to park where I pay rent. Parking sucks but no other issues so far.
