I went in looking to see a two bedroom and was received by the nicest person ever at the front desk. She was super helpful and sweet. I have never been to an apartment complex where the staff is so helpful. The apartment complex was very clean and besides the fact of seeing children everywhere they seemed to be very well behaved and non distracting. Im hoping to start me lease with them soon as i was very satsfied with these apartments.

Mont Belvieu Apartments Might Be Awesome...

A bit run-down at first glance, the complex is full of apartments recently or soon to be renovated, a great newly established management staff, and big plans for the future. With Mont Belvieu Police in the area, it is actually quite safe, despite its proximity to the interstate and Baytown.
They are pet-friendly, inexpensive, and even offer a teacher discount with proof of employment with an area district. Refinishing the parking lot, adding a workout facility, and finishing the complex-wide ...
remodel are all being planned to continue from the newly remodeled pool. All in all, we are very pleased with the apartment, and look forward to our time here!

It's a good deal for the money

I signed up for a 14 month lease. The pet fee is reasonable. It's a good place to start out if you're trying to save money. The manager, Juvenal, responds quickly to maintenance requests, and the staff does a good job of repairing things. I always see one of them cleaning up the grounds, or fixing stuff.
If you want a fancy apartment, you're going to pay high prices. If you want a decent place to live that's close to everything, you'll like Mont Belvieu Apartments.

I wish they would return my phone calls or emails. I'm wanting to move at the 1st of the year from FL. I am from this area (Baytown) but have yet to talk to anyone at this complex. I would love to move there, I've called several times only to leave a message & have yet to get a call back. I will visit them when I am in town next month. I cannot give them a fair rating at this time. I did live here when they were 1st built & it was a nice place then.
