November 15, 2025Room for improvement Great apartment, great managemen. But most of the time the electric vehicle charging spots are always occupied by non-electric vehicles. The parking lot is always filled with cars that are not from Azure. The gate is broken, so there is less sense of security in the community, the mail room is never locked, I have lost one package in the last few months from the mail room because anybody can go inside and pick things up. October 27, 2025Open communication /truthful transparency Ashton parc is a nice community, centrally located with access to a plethora of dining and shopping. They want you to pay for “valet” garbage, when you can take your own. We asked about upstairs neighbors and were told it’s pretty quiet. It has been nonstop stomping, running, etc upstairs. Wish the leasing agent would have been truthful and we could have picked another unit or complex all together. The gated entry doesn’t work so the gate is always ...open. The washer and dry are small and loud and rusty. The Sunday “brunch” are packaged pastries. Don’t get me wrong it a great community and the rent is decent. Just prefer the transparency so the expectations aren’t false and now stuck.Property Manager Responded
