When our air filter needed to be changed, maintenance came the very next day. When our microwave broke, they quickly checked it and replaced it with a new one the following day. Everything has been handled promptly and efficiently. Most importantly, the staff are always warm and welcoming, which truly makes us feel like part of a ...family here. There are a lot of leasing options available right now for 2bd/2bath and the apartments at Madrid were the nicest in our price range. Although he was by himself l, he removed the old one, cleaned up everything, then brought in the new dishwasher and installed it. He did all this in very little time.
