Landlord seems nice at first, but he is a slumlord and a very rude man. The apartment is a nice size, and has somewhat "updated" amenities, but was very cheaply done. The neighbors are awesome. Now the bad part. BUGS! I spent $300 of my OWN money to get rid of a roach infestation when I first moved in last year. Also, I found out that half of the units in my building have a bedbug issue that the landlord is completely ignoring. Eww! There are also mold issues and dust mite issues in multiple ...
units. I would recommend to just stay away!
