August 3, 2015Pros: You only pay rent and electric bill, location in regard to food, gas, and general shopping areas like Target and Menard's, mostly friendly staff who are always around, dumpster for residents, small bench area outside, small beach ball area outside, mostly quiet residents, soda vending machine Cons: Close to noisy roads like 694 and central, no pool or communal areas, expensive laundry, noisy residents from apartments across the street, residents dogs are annoyingly loud Personal ...Experience In Regard To My Room: bathtub plumbing always clogs, oven doesn't work.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
