This place is nothing like they advertise. There are roaches in the apartments, there is dog poop all over the community as they don’t require people to pick it up. There are cigarette butts all over as people smoke and just throw them on the ground. The kitchen appliances look like they were bought at a yard sale. It says ceiling fan but there are none. The place was dirty when I moved in , toilets not cleaned, roaches on counters and floors. The have a tv internet package with Spectrum that ...
they say is optional, what they don’t tell you is that it’s only optional is you sign up with ATT. Hallways are dirty and people leave garbage out. My convenience fee to pay my rent online was $36.00-yes that is $36.00 no typo. Counting the days until I leave??

We’ve already sent our cleaning team back to your home to do a little extra work, and pest control stopped by as well. They didn’t see any issues, but we still added your apartment to their list for a follow-up visit, just to be sure. I’ll also be walking through the building myself to make sure the grounds look how they should.
About the internet, our team goes over that at move-in and helps set up the details, but we understand it can still be confusing. We’re happy to help with anything that still feels unclear.
