January 6, 2026I have been here nearly four years and love it! The location is absolutely perfect and is close to all of the major expressways. TPA and Ben T. Davis beach are both less than a 5 minute trip.Review from Apartments.com

December 22, 2025Extremely disappointing in regard to mgmt policy. No one calls you back. The elevators are constantly down. Gate door to garage was broken for over a year but still they continue to charge sky high prices.Review from Apartments.com

July 10, 2025We just moved into Mosaic and the experience has been exceptional compared to our previous rental experiences. Every staff member is extremely helpful and communicates clearly and quickly via email. We received a welcome phone call before we picked up our keys, and they answered all our questions. Our apartment was spotless and they even left us and our cat little gifts. The facilities are top notch and we have already had really nice interactions with other tenants. After some terrible ...post-hurricane experiences, we could not be more happy to join the Mosaic community. We could not have had a better move in process and look forward to being a part of this awesome community.Property Manager Responded
