It’s ok. Rents are high which don’t equate to the property. Several issues, elevators down for several months. Garage gate broken, again several months. This led to several vehicles being vandalized. This property has gone through several owners on the past few years. Management does not value tenants who pay rent on time. Extremely disappointed. To be fair…the elevators and garage gate have since been fixed.

I cannot say enough good things about Kaidyn, John, Mike and the team at Mosaic Westshore. This is a beautifully maintained building with great people. Our apartment is beautifully constructed, issues are resolved quickly and the location here is unbeatable. This place is a gem, you won't regret renting at Mosaic Westshore!

I have been here nearly four years and love it! The location is absolutely perfect and is close to all of the major expressways. TPA and Ben T. Davis beach are both less than a 5 minute trip.

We were so excited to move here, because the geographic location is amazing, but we've had our share of issues within a couple months. You can here most of the movements of our upstairs neighbor.

Extremely disappointing in regard to mgmt policy. No one calls you back. The elevators are constantly down. Gate door to garage was broken for over a year but still they continue to charge sky high prices.

My Resident experience is great thus far. The apartment complex is very nice and the tenants are friendly. The staff is great too. I also loved the welcome gifts and card that was left in the apartment.

Life at Mosaic is a good life to have. Everyone is considerate, the staff is remarkable, and maintenance is on top of it. I would not choose anywhere else to be.

We just moved into Mosaic and the experience has been exceptional compared to our previous rental experiences. Every staff member is extremely helpful and communicates clearly and quickly via email. We received a welcome phone call before we picked up our keys, and they answered all our questions. Our apartment was spotless and they even left us and our cat little gifts. The facilities are top notch and we have already had really nice interactions with other tenants. After some terrible ...

We're incredibly impressed with the leasing team! They went above and beyond to resolve all our concerns even before we moved in.
