July 25, 2017These federally subsidized apartments are a hot bed for gang and drug activity. The manager has been followed and harassed by gang members. We've seen several drug deals. In every complex there is at least one drug dealer or heavy user. If you're sensitive to drug smoke do not live on the 2nd floor. Many tenants are leaving because of the poor quality of life here, despite being in a nice area and looking clean. And the people who run the place don't really care.Review from Apartments.com
