Old Dirty Smoky Building

Horrible management and too much pot and cigarette smoke. Nosy. I moved after my year was up. Really bad neighbors and just a bad place. The building is not clean, no recreation all community areas locked up. People smoking in front of the building and inside. You can't escape it.
