Brutal. Neglectful staff. Bad room conditions.

If I could give less than a one star rating I would. The staff is neglectful with how they treat customers. I spent over a week trying to resolve one issue and was passed around from representative to representative looking for answers and was told something different by everyone I spoke to. The unit is completely outdated in comparison to the images listed online and if you need help with anything building related expect to be put on hold and sent to voicemail and not being treated like a ...
