  • Maintenance is a joke

    August 4, 2023
    This is my 5th and last year living here. 10 days without A/C in July, and no one has even bothered to investigate yet. My previous worst complex took a week at most, with a single maintenance worker. If anything takes longer than a week then they should think to at least communicate why. And, of course, they refuse to reimburse if I hire a company to fix their junk. Unless you want to enjoy sweating at home in the Florida summer heat and humidity, I would look elsewhere.

  • Great Place to live

    Great apartment complex overall! Close to UF, quiet, and the infrastructure overall is great. For the past two years, rent was very fair! Now MV is under new management, so they've done some unnecessary 'renovations,' and though service didn't really decline, from what I've been told, rent has gone way up!
