Avoid living here at all costs, the building has crumbled into a state of being a homeless refuge and drug trade station.

This review is not favorable for living standards or health reasons. The Moutain Court Yard appears to be a secondary homeless refuge. They have very poor security. The health standards are very low, and at times dangerious. The building is infested with mice, cockroaches and bed bugs. Management does very little to make efforts of working on this infestation. The police are here quiet often for various reasons. It's building maintenance is close to no-existant. It has under ground parking that ...
catter's to the homeless. Due to no security, cars are constantly broke into and that only compliments the lack of security at the apartment building. The maintainence leaves piles of rubbish through out the innerwalk ways. I suggest a walk three before you decide. speak to other residing tenants at that time.
