We've had several property managers since living here. Our first year was great, we loved it. However with ReProp Management things are being seriously mishandled. The pool is not up to city code, ground are not being maintained AND the property neglected to keep in compliance with the post office & therefore we cannot receive packages via USPS. They were dishonest about the issue & didn't even warn us that we wouldn't be able to get mail even tho the PO gave them 3 months notice to set up ...

The rat problem is out of control. I have been reporting the issue to the management since I moved in. It takes weeks for someone to come out and all they do is lay traps that do not work. I’ve made them aware there are holes in the walls but they have done nothing to fix it. The rats are living in the stove/oven which has left me not able to use them. Every day I have to clean up rat craps. Absolutely horrible and disgusting. Also similar issues as to what others have said….parking lot, dog ...

This complex is an absolute joke. It was great for the first year and a half that I have been here, then new management came in and it's absolutely trash. Their "upgrades" don't work - we can not get packages delivered because of changes to the entry gate so a lot of my stuff is being returned to sender

I lived here for almost 2 years and saw 3-4 different management companies come through. The first one was great and responsive and so were the second ones.
The last company and current managers/owners were less than desirable. They are marketing the property as “luxury” but they have neglected issues that they claim to want to fix. The pool was chained off and left uncleaned since they took ownership. The dog park is continually disgusting with zero emails to residents. The parking lot has ...
more holes than Swiss cheese! Also the fact that the front of the property has been completely ignored beyond “landscapers” coming once to barely do anything.
This place is not luxury and under the current owners it will only continue to get worse. The location isn’t worth the headache.

Not well managed. Security issues (including a management company who mishandled keys leading to break ins), trash blowing around complex. Emergency maintenance line doesn’t work. We haven’t had gas for a week, no hurry to get it fixed.
