Don’t be fooled

Besides the roaches pest, the lady manager is a total liar, so please be careful about the forms you’ll be filling up and documents you provide them.

As for the pest problem referenced, immense efforts have been made to cure the pest problem we inherited with the purchase of the property. Every resident who reported pests to the office has been contacted and confirmed our efforts have in fact eradicated the problem.
