To be honest it make me angry! I never requested any services until the hurricane Ian happened... I want to ask where is the manager of this place? and why my apartment still in darkness and with the ceiling damage... I got tired of hearing that it's not an emergency... An Amazing Apartment Complex
September 24, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comI have been a resident at Murano at Three Oaks Apartments for the last five months. I have experienced none of the negative aspects I find posted regarding this apartment complex. In fact, quite the opposite. The property manager, Brooke, goes out of her way to build a sense of community and resident satisfaction. She is surrounded by competent and approachable people like Camella, Trish, and Ty, who have been anxious to serve. I have not experienced excessive noise or any maintenance issue that ...wasn't immediately addressed. Yesterday, at the pool, I spoke with several residents discussing how much we enjoy our apartments. Do yourself a favor, ignore the negative hype and fake posts, and communicate directly with people who live here. Once you do, I think you will find an exceptional management team and apartment complex second to none in the Ft. Myers area.Read More
