Save yourself the headache and live somewhere else
April 3, 2026I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere before signing a lease here. The buildings look nice at first, but the management and maintenance situation completely ruin the experience. Maintenance requests take forever or get marked complete when nothing was actually fixed, and communication from the office is inconsistent and unhelpful when issues come up. They also add random extra charges that are never clearly explained. For example, they charge around $80 per month for trash service and you ...are not even given the option to take your own trash to the dumpster to avoid the fee. it’s mandatory whether you want the service or not. Noise is a constant problem, parking is limited, and common areas are not kept as clean as they should be for the price you pay to live here. The biggest issue is that once you sign the lease, it feels like they stop caring about residents entirely. For the amount of rent they charge, you can find much better management, fewer hidden fees, and a much better overall living experience somewhere else. It runs on the higher side expense-wise but can be mediated about utilizing deals where they offer free first month of rent with contract sign-up and their 14-month option.
