I caught the valet redhanded STEALING my car. Neither the building association nor their incompetent lawyer did anything about it. They went so far as to blatantly lie in emails to cover it up. The building manager is lazy and will take minimum of three days to respond to emails. She frequently claims to be “out of the office.” When the valet guys aren’t taking your car for joy rides they are chatting it up in the hallway loudly which you can hear inside your unit. they’ll laugh in your face. Oh, and if you have bulk items for trash, you’ll have to keep in in your unit because there isn’t enough space in the dumpster. I’m certain this is violating a number of heath codes. This building is a joke.
