      Recently renewed my lease, really love the area, super close to Sawtelle. Also love how my apartment has an in-suite fridge, TV, and a bed/couch, saved money on buying furniture. Met the new owner Mark he's so nice!

      I was here since 2022, after we got the new owner this year, the managetement in the buildig is way better than before. The new owner is really thinking in our shoes, cleaning and maintaining the building. You won't regret.

      One of the most stressful experiences while living at this location. The issues that should’ve been resolved in a professional way were dismissed by management. No one follows up with you while being a resident. Huge lack of effective communication with the leasing staff & managers. This was the worse experience I have had while staying at the property.
