    I've lived at Mysa for three years. My advice - STAY AWAY. It is remarkably overpriced for the quality and amenities included. There are far more afforable options - just continue to do your research. I promise you - do not move here. There are constant power outage issues, dog droppings everywhere, thin walls and constant noise from neighbors, police are constantly here, noise from the highway & railroad, zero walking access to anything. I've even received several parking tickets while in my ...

    Lived at Mysa for a year. Overall it is a nice location close to bike trails + nature although is loud with the major highways surrounding the complex on all sides. I never sat outside on my balcony as it was too noisy. Guest parking is a nightmare. My boyfriend never wanted to come stay at my place because there were never any parking spots available. Maintenance was always fast and helpful. The leasing staff was always unhelpful, unfriendly and unorganized. I had to re-sign up for my parking 2 ...
    times (I paid ~$100 a month for the service) because they accidentally gave someone else my spot... twice. Particularly unhelpful during move in and move out. I also believe that I paid way more than what other units were paying for.. so overall was not worth the cost. Moved out after a year.
