The grounds are kept up beautifully and there is plenty of space to sit and enjoy the property in function rooms that are kept clean and modern. October 11, 2023Property is not secure the fence needs to be repaired with kids going back and forth to the projects. The access gate for the garage does not work, so anyone can park in the garage however many others are paying for a parking spot. Kids will be riding their bikes up and down in the garage which is very dangerous. The garage needs to be SECURE. This is private property but there is northing private about this place. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone to live here.Property Manager Responded

Mystic Place has been my home since 2007 and I remember when security and community were of a higher value.
