Good apartment at a great location
September 8, 2022Decent, well maintained apartment with a friendly and professional landlord and great maintenance staff. AC broke twice in a couple months time and maintenance fixed it the same day just a couple hours later. Very timely and easy to communicate with. Quiet and peaceful even next to busy streets. Dont be fooled
November 6, 2019lots of maintenance issues. AC doesn't works in summer. Dishwashers dont work. insect issues during the summer. no one looks into the maintenance needs. communication is lacking. i stayed there for 2 years. My sincere advise, please don't move into these apartmentsProperty Manager Responded
