Didn't rent here but tried

I just need to sho how unprofessional the workers are here. I am trying to relocate to Reno soon and I found them on this website. I called because I had questions about their availability and someone picked up and hung up in my face. I figured that it could have very well been an accident, so I called back. Same thing, I called back one more time, same thing. I wouldn't dare spend my money to rent from people who employ such rude people and I suggest others to follow suit.
